It is here! The technology exhibition “the 4th Cambodia ICT World Expo 2008″. It was quite big and many exhibitors there. You know, the parking for today is 2000 Riels for car. Ok, let’s go in and see what’s going on.

qb (cube) 3G Phone Review

It is a 3G phone and it is from qb (cube). This phone cost for only US$89.00, it can be used with qb 013 sim card only. It’s kinda cheap and you can get free internet and phone call from 013 qb service, when you buy 013 sim card.
FYI, 013 is using 3G service only. If your phone only has GSM (no 3G), you cannot use 013 sim card. So you can always buy this phone.
The phone is as small as a credit card. It’s a slide phone, has 1.3 megapixels camera with video call camera, bluetooth connection, usb port, microSD memory card slot, and more.

Yes, Microsoft company as everyone knows. Now is in Cambodia heuy. The launching ceremony was held at InterContinental Hotel from 10am to Lunch time, and another part from 2pm to 4pm. Now it would be quite easy for us to buy a licensed Microsoft Products. Soon we will find it in most of the computer shops. The launching was good, especially the buffet lunch.

The most exciting ICT, Telecommunication, Electronic & Digital festival is coming very soon. The expo will be held on 4th – 6th of April, 2008 at Mondial Center. There are more than 60 booths from 15 countries (Singapore, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong…), and also there will be a big event happening: The 1st Online Game Contest in Cambodia, it’s called JXII Online Game Contest, and the biggest prize is 12,000,000 Riels. Internet: How to download YouTube video

There are quite some ways to download YouTube video from youtube.com website. And here is just a way to download it which I find is a fast, easy, and convenience to use. The software is called Youtube Downloader, Let’s start and see how. BUT first you must download the screen shots by click on the image above first, then you can start:
- Click here to go to download “youtube downloader” software, then click on Download Now link
- Choose to save the file and choose where to save it, if you use Firefox, it normally goes to the desktop (or you can choose other download manager if you have one)
- After downloaded the file, go you where to download it to and open it (double click on it), or if you use Firefox, simply click on open in the download box.
- Then the software will start its installation. Click next to continue.
- Click on “I Agree”
- Click on “Install”
- Then the installation will start. Wait until it finished.
- Click on “Finish”
- Now open your web browser, Internet Explorer, or Firefox, then go to youtube.com and go to see any video that you would like to download. When you get to see the video, copy the whole address of that page in the address box above (you simply click on the youtube icon next to the address box and press Ctrl+C)
- Now start “Youtube Downloader” application. Go to Start > YouTube Downloader > YouTube Downloader.
- Now you see the application. Normally, under “Enter video URL” will automatically filled with the address you just copied on step 9, if not, copy the address again then paste it there. And then click on OK.
- Now it will open a box to save your video to, so choose where you want to save the video (and remember it)
- The video is being saved. When it is completed, you can use the file to play, but this file is a special FLV extension file, which cannot be played if you don’t have the right program. But you sure can download one by click here. On the other hand, if you want to convert the video to play on your mobile phone or iPod/iPhone or others, please continue to step 14.
- Choose “Convert video (previously downloaded) from file, then click on “…” (brows) button
- Find and choose the file you want to convert, and click open
- Choose what type of file you want to convert to. My recommendation is to choose Iphone Video (MPEG-4 Mp4), coz this file can be played with most of the devices. Also can play on mobile phone, but only for the new model like Nokia N-Series. Well, you can try one by one out.
- You can test play the video, or click on ok to start converting.
- You the quality of the video to want to convert to. The higher quality, the bigger file. Here you can also cut some part of the video off, by changing the start and end time. Now you can click ok.
- The video will start converting. It may take a few minutes depend on how long the video is. So please be patient.
- When everything is done, the successful box will appear. And Finally, copy the video to your device to watch jos, it’s ok now.
